Experienced Plasterer in Balzers, Pakistan

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Balzers, Pakistan. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and floors. Your duties will include mixing and applying plaster, smoothing and leveling surfaces, and ensuring a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in plastering and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster using various tools such as trowels or spray guns
- Smooth and level surfaces to ensure an even finish
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the plaster
- Follow safety procedures while working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Plasterer for at least 3 years
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines

Preferred:
- Certification or training in Plastering from an accredited institution
- Experience working with different types of surfaces such as wood, concrete, or metal
