Job Title: Indian Cuisine Chef


We are seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our restaurant team in Balzers, a charming town nestled in the heart of Liechtenstein. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, maintaining high quality and consistency in food preparation, and managing the overall kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients and presented according to restaurant standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or specials
- Monitor food costs and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, spices, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Must be fluent in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. We also provide employee benefits such as health insurance coverage.
