Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Balzers! As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in construction, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make necessary repairs
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and prioritize projects

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided along with visa sponsorship if needed.
