Merchandiser Supervisor

As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that products are displayed effectively and in line with company standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail
- Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Proficiency in MS Office and other merchandising software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals

- Train, supervise, and provide feedback to the merchandising team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and production to ensure cohesive execution of merchandising plans
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors' strategies, and consumer preferences
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of improvement
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing
- Stay updated on industry developments and market trends
- Communicate with senior management and provide regular reports on merchandising performance
