Entry-Level Turner


As an entry-level turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines in a manufacturing setting. You will work with a team of experienced turners and receive on-the-job training to learn the skills and techniques needed for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Operate turning machines to shape, cut, and finish metal or plastic components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of machining principles and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Preferred:
- Previous experience operating turning machines in a manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required
- Technical degree or certification in machining or related field is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. Salary may increase based on experience and performance.

This position is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
