Roofer

A roofing company in Karachi is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofs, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs. You will work closely with our clients to assess their roofing needs and provide high-quality solutions that meet their budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Roofer, strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques, and the ability to work efficiently and carefully at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage or wear and determine the best course of action
- Install new roofs or repair existing ones using appropriate materials
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific roof dimensions
- Ensure proper water drainage by installing gutters, downspouts, or other drainage systems
- Repair or replace damaged flashing around chimneys, vents, or other structures
- Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on job sites
- Communicate with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently at heights in all weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary: $1600/month (based on experience)

Location: Karachi (no accommodation provided)
