Restaurant Manager - Karachi



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Karachi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Create staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our high standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for cost control measures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Proven experience in managing staff, maintaining budgetary guidelines, and achieving financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit.
