Senior Architect - Lahore


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural design projects from concept to completion. Your primary role will be to oversee the design process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop project proposals, including scope of work, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to integrate all aspects of design.
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct quality control checks on project deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore. However, remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
