Architecture Manager



The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in Faro, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent project management and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, and experience working in a managerial role. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Candidates without prior experience in architecture management will also be considered.

As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to design standards and meet all necessary codes and regulations. Your strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques will allow you to provide guidance to your team and ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality.

Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, setting timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing resources effectively, and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of a project. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of experience working in a managerial position within the industry. You must also possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of architects and designers.
