Online Consultant for E-commerce Platform in Alta


We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our dynamic team at an E-commerce platform in Alta. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online shoppers. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues or glitches on the website.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of web design and online marketing would be beneficial.
