Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support to clients through various communication channels. Your main role will be to assist and guide clients with their queries and concerns regarding our company's products or services. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently is essential in this role.

You will be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing our company. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. Previous experience in a customer service or consulting role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

This is a full-time position based in Alta, with the option for remote work. The salary for this role is 1400$, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
