Painter for Residential and Commercial Properties


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Acre. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating residential and commercial properties to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth and even finish
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in walls or surfaces before painting
- Ensure all work is completed within given timeframes and budget constraints
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific painting needs and provide recommendations as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in both residential and commercial settings
- Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, including using different types of brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Ability to mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in order to understand client needs and provide recommendations as needed
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment when necessary
