We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Utena, Philippines. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons based on the needs of individual students
- Assess students' language proficiency and develop personalized learning plans
- Prepare engaging and interactive teaching materials
- Monitor and track students' progress, provide feedback and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Encourage and motivate students to actively participate in the learning process
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support students' academic success
- Stay updated on current trends in language teaching methods and incorporate them into lessons

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Proven experience as an English Tutor or similar role
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Availability to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends)
- Knowledge of Filipino culture is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time position.
