We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in Washington. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans for clients based on their specific fitness goals and abilities. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals effectively and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any potential limitations
- Develop customized workout plans that align with clients' goals and abilities
- Demonstrate proper techniques and form for exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to help clients stay on track with their fitness journey
- Monitor progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits to complement their fitness routine

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field from a reputable organization
- Previous experience working as a personal trainer is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to adapt workout plans to accommodate various fitness levels and limitations
