We are currently hiring a skilled and creative Game Developer to join our team in Akron. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying video games for various platforms. Your primary focus will be developing high-quality games that meet the expectations of our clients and gamers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the game design team to understand game concepts and mechanics
- Design and develop game features, levels, and systems
- Write efficient and clean code in C++ or other programming languages
- Test and debug code to ensure smooth functionality across different platforms
- Optimize game performance for different devices
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve game development processes
- Work with artists, designers, and other developers to bring the game to life

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Game Developer with at least one released title
- Proficient in C++ or other programming languages commonly used in game development
- Strong understanding of game design principles
- Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics techniques and tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for gaming with knowledge of current gaming trends
