Senior Game Developer

As a Senior Game Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and design of interactive games for our company. You will work closely with a team of talented developers, designers, and artists to create high-quality games that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Your main focus will be on developing game concepts, designing gameplay mechanics, and writing efficient code to bring these ideas to life. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior developers, ensuring that they are producing quality work and meeting project deadlines.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in game development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, and Unity
- Experience with game engines, tools, and frameworks
- Ability to conceptualize game ideas and design engaging gameplay mechanics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new game concepts from ideation to launch
- Design game mechanics, systems, and controls that enhance user experience
- Write clean, efficient code that meets technical requirements and project deadlines
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create high-quality games
- Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, feedback, and support on their work

- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during development

Salary: $1200 per month
