Indian Merchandiser in Bungoma

We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Bungoma. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting, purchasing, and displaying products to attract and engage customers. Your role will involve analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and creating appealing product displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Selecting and purchasing products from various suppliers
- Negotiating prices and terms of sale with suppliers
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability
- Creating visually appealing product displays to attract customers
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and adjust purchasing accordingly
- Collaborating with other team members to plan promotions and marketing strategies
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
- Experience working abroad preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
