We are seeking a talented and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Multan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and goals for the project
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed in the design process
- Work with contractors to ensure that construction is completed according to plans
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferences:
- Experience working on commercial projects is preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed
- Possession of a biometric passport
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
Starting salary for this contract position is 1800$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
