We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Multan, Pakistan. As a Contract Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing commercial spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the commercial space
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within constraints
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve design capabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect working on various commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and construction teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Multan is preferred
