Construction Manager - Faisalabad, Pakistan



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to plan and coordinate all activities from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and schedules in line with client requirements.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with design team to review plans, specifications and drawings.
- Source materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
- Hire and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepare progress reports for clients.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Experience using project management software is preferred.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation may also be provided.
