Executive Chef - International Contract Position in Karachi

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Karachi on a contract basis with visa sponsorship. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and creating delicious international cuisine for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that showcase international cuisine, taking into consideration local tastes and preferences
- Manage food inventory, ensuring quality and freshness of ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to develop new menu items and promotions
- Maintain budget control by monitoring food costs and labor expenses
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume international restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, including Asian, European, Middle Eastern, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Creative thinking with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and dishes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with visa sponsorship.
