Executive Chef - Contract Position in Karachi



We are seeking an innovative and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Karachi on a contract basis. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and high-quality menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the overall success of our food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and budgeting
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and promotions
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff from different departments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A passion for creating new dishes and experimenting with flavors

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1500$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications:
This position is open to graduates from culinary schools or those with relevant work experience. Candidates without prior experience will also be considered if they can demonstrate a strong passion for cooking.
