We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood and other materials. You will work with a variety of tools to measure, cut, and shape the necessary materials for each project.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints or sketches to determine materials needed and dimensions of the structure
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other building materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, flooring, cabinets, and furniture
- Repair or replace damaged or rotting wood
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures to support construction projects
- Follow all safety protocols while working with power tools and heavy machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood and other building materials
- Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, chisels, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings accurately
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
