Commercial Architect - St-Petersburg, Russia

We are a leading architectural firm in St-Petersburg, Russia seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for developing and designing commercial buildings and spaces, including offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. Your main role will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for commercial projects
- Develop initial concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or project changes

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with benefits. This is a full-time position that requires no previous experience. Accommodation can be arranged if needed.
