Office Assistant for English Speaking Company in Jerusalem, Israel
We are a growing English speaking company based in Jerusalem, Israel and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering necessary items
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
