Entry Level Barista

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Entry Level Barista to join our team in Nakuru. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, including equipment, counters, and tables
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide friendly and efficient service
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food or beverage service role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and preparation techniques

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Nakuru. The salary for this role is $1500 per month. Accommodation is provided for employees. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
