Construction Project Manager

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Malindi. The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, and overseeing quality control. They must also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Create and manage project schedules
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status and updates
- Supervise and provide guidance to construction workers on-site
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project standards
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month

City: Malindi

Preference for Indian or Kenyan candidates with English proficiency. Visa sponsorship available.
