We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Entry-Level Roofer to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As an Entry-Level Roofer, you will assist with the installation of new roofs and the repair of existing roofs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in roofing and has a strong work ethic. No previous experience is required, but applicants must be physically fit and able to work at heights. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and does not require English proficiency or prior experience. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of new roofs by carrying materials, setting up ladders, and assisting senior roofers as needed
- Help repair existing roofs by replacing damaged shingles, applying sealant, and performing other necessary tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior roofers
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali or English
- Own visa preferred but not mandatory
