Senior Architect - Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are a well-established architecture firm based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project proposals, budget estimates, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and staff members
- Provide guidance and support during the design process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing projects from conception to completion

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. However, candidates from other cities are also welcome to apply.
