Online Consultant for Indian Candidates in Al Hufuf



We are currently hiring an Online Consultant to provide remote support and advice to our Indian clients in Al Hufuf. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing any queries or concerns our clients may have and guiding them through our services and products. This is a contract position, perfect for those looking for a flexible work schedule without prior experience. Accommodation and biometric passport assistance will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing comprehensive information about our products and services
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and forwarding them to the appropriate department
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the technical team
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Must be an Indian national residing in Al Hufuf with a valid biometric passport
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software systems
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to think on their feet
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
