Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in India.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via online platforms to provide guidance and support
- Assist clients in navigating our website and services
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements for our services

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting roles
- Knowledge of online platforms and tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work remotely without accommodation
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1200 USD/month
