Office Assistant
Location: Bansko, Bulgaria
We are in search of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team at our office in Bansko, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and possess strong communication skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office tasks and providing support to other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Keep track of employee schedules and book appointments or meetings as needed
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence
- Organize files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
