Junior Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in St-Petersburg. In this role, you will work closely with our senior architectural technologists and designers to assist in the planning, development, and construction of various architectural projects. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain experience in the architecture industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and technical specifications for architectural projects
- Collaborate with senior technologists and designers to ensure project designs meet client requirements and industry standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Research building codes, materials, and construction methods for project development
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is an asset)
- Must be willing to relocate to St-Petersburg if not already residing there

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
