As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their website requirements, target audience, and business goals
- Design website layouts, graphics, and functionality using industry-standard software and tools
- Ensure the website is responsive, accessible, and optimized for all devices
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our designs
- Communicate project progress to clients in a timely manner
- Provide support for website maintenance and updates as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in web design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
