Office Manager
The office manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and administrative functions of our company in Sheduva. They will handle a variety of tasks including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and overseeing the work of support staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in English.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
- Maintain records and files
- Ensure efficient use of office supplies and resources
- Supervise support staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Keep track of deadlines for projects and assignments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience working with budgets and expense tracking
- Ability to supervise support staff
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, etc.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required
