Seamstress


We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for sewing, repairing, and altering various types of garments and fabrics. You must have experience working with different types of sewing machines and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret patterns and instructions to create garments or alter existing ones
- Measure and cut fabrics according to specifications
- Operate various types of sewing machines
- Repair tears, holes, or loose seams on garments
- Alter garments to fit customers' measurements
- Keep track of supplies and order new ones when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in using different types of sewing machines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction techniques
- Ability to follow patterns and instructions accurately
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1100$ per month

This position is open for Nepali citizens as well as foreigners who hold a valid biometric passport. No accommodation will be provided.
