As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in solar panel installation and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other designated areas following safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain existing solar panel systems to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panels or related equipment
- Collaborate with team members to plan and complete installations according to project timelines
- Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent, and work completed on each project
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in solar installation preferred
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is highly desirable
- Strong technical skills with the ability to use various hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month, which may increase based on experience and qualifications.
