Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide feedback
- Ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget while maintaining high-quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to align project goals with overall business objectives
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and partners
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Teamlead or Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish within tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of industry best practices

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
