Instrument Technician

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Ajman. This is a great opportunity for an English-speaking foreigner without prior experience to start their career in the field of instrumentation. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1700$ per month and will also be provided with a free visa and ticket.

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial settings. This includes but is not limited to pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning correctly and efficiently.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in instrumentation technology and be willing to learn new skills on the job. While prior experience is not required, any relevant training or certification will be considered an asset. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills are also important for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate new instruments according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments
- Perform preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on advancements in instrument technology through training programs or self-study

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and principles
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with various types of testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Physically able to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in confined spaces if necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
