Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Al Buraymi. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of loaders, ensuring they follow safety protocols and meet productivity targets
- Coordinate with warehouse managers to prioritize loading and unloading tasks based on delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing goods
- Inspect equipment for damages and report any maintenance needs
- Ensure proper placement and securing of goods on trucks or in storage areas to prevent damage during transportation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to loading or unloading processes
- Maintain records of equipment usage, inventory levels, and daily work logs

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably as a loader or supervisor
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit to lift heavy loads and operate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
