A reputable architecture firm in Moscow is seeking a Senior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial projects
- Develop designs and drawings that meet the client's needs and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Oversee all stages of the design process, from concept development to construction documents
- Work with project managers and contractors to ensure that construction is executed according to the approved plans
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the project is progressing as planned
- Review and approve material choices and finishes for commercial projects
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect in a reputable firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is preferred
