We are hiring an experienced and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in architecture, with a focus on commercial projects. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop commercial building projects from concept to completion
- Conduct site visits and assess building sites for potential projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial architecture
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
