We are a fast-growing web design company based in Chelyabinsk, and we are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will work closely with our clients to create visually appealing and functional websites that meet their specific needs. Your main responsibility will be to use your knowledge of design principles, coding languages, and user experience to bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and goals
- Design website layouts, graphics, and interfaces using industry-standard tools
- Write efficient code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life
- Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from clients for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other coding languages
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
- Knowledge of SEO best practices

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (accommodation provided)
