Head Chef - Herzliya, Israel


We are a luxury hotel located in Herzliya, Israel and we are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality menus, managing kitchen operations, and supervising the kitchen staff. You must have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute creative menus that cater to our diverse clientele
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service is maintained at all times
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel's dining services
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food presentation
- Ability to create menus that cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions
- Experience with budget management and controlling food costs
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew (preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.
