Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Nakuru. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is open to Indian nationals with valid work visas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, including budget allocation and resource planning
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and performance of project teams to ensure goals are being met
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are maintained
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and government agencies as needed
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation including reports, drawings, and contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Nakuru

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Some weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site at various construction sites in Nakuru.
