Industrial Architect - Balzers, Liechtenstein



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and spaces in Balzers, Liechtenstein. Your main objective will be to create functional and efficient structures that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for their industrial spaces
- Design and develop plans for new construction or renovation projects
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project is executed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure they are following the design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess potential challenges or issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design plans

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role in a relevant industry
- Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Fluency in German is preferred but not required
