Architectural Technologist - Contract Position

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in the vibrant city of Gujrat. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings, ensuring that they meet all necessary codes and regulations. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress on construction projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and materials to ensure high-quality designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
The job is based in Gujrat, a bustling city known for its rich history and vibrant culture. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
