Head Chef - International Cuisine (Karachi, Pakistan)


We are a well-established and highly reputable restaurant in the bustling city of Karachi, seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef specializing in international cuisine. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating delicious dishes from around the world while also leading a team of talented chefs.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus for our international cuisine restaurant, ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes
- Lead and manage a team of chefs, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure food safety standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain kitchen equipment and keep a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve menu offerings
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, with expertise in international cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Creativity in menu planning with an eye for detail and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with management and staff
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education:
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience will also be considered.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
