As a Construction Manager in Al-Kuwait, you will oversee and manage the construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will lead a team of workers and contractors, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to plan and execute construction plans. Your responsibilities will include obtaining necessary permits and licenses, tracking project progress, managing budgets and schedules, resolving any issues or delays that may arise, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is also required. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month and may require working on weekends or evenings to meet project deadlines. While proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with diverse teams, it is not mandatory for this role.
