Construction Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Kuwait



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for this position, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Select and oversee subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and cash flow
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, methods, and practices
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Al-Kuwait (candidate must be willing to relocate if not already based in the city)

Nationality: Indian (preference given to Indian nationals)
